Difficulty
Piracy is cool, we're not going to pretend like it's not. It helps people who have difficulty affording things—particularly people from poorer countries—have access to things online. It is a form of archival and preservation. It keeps art of all kinds accessible, even when publishers have long since stopped selling the art. It's inseparably part of the culture of the Internet.
It's for these reasons that we've decided to provide an official torrent download and Internet Archive download for all our games and music releases.

Setting Expectations
We are made of very few hobbyist, beginner-level developers that all have day jobs and work on games in their spare time. Our games' budgets come from our personal money. Things can change at any moment for any reason. We will try to let followers know about important updates through this developer update blog.
